Lori Olsen Marks Foundation for Hospice Care

The Lori Olsen Marks Foundation for Hospice Care (LOMFHC) is qualified as a 501(c)(3) organization and was formed as a way to help patients using home health or hospice services who have monetary restrictions that may prohibit them from receiving care in their home.

The Fund is tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, contributions to LOMFHC are tax-deductible on federal and state income tax.

How Your Donation is Used

Your contribution helps provide:

  • Medical equipment such as wheelchairs, shower chairs, handrails and emergency response systems
  • Needed home repairs and handicap modifications
  • Payment of utility, medical or pharmaceutical bills
  • Glasses, hearing aids and personal hygiene products
  • Psychological counseling
  • Clothing, small appliances and food
