San Antonio Home Health Achieves CHAP Accreditation

San Antonio Home Health has been awarded accreditation from the Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP). The accreditation status applies to all home health services signifying full compliance with national standards for patient safety and quality of care. The award of accreditation is for a three-year period. “We seek accreditation because we want to make evident to our patients, their families and the citizens of San Antonio at large, our commitment to achieving the highest standards of care, not just the minimums required by state licensure and federal certification,” says Derek Collette, MBA, The Aspen Group's Regional Vice-President. “CHAP Accreditation is voluntary, and is sought only by those seeking to stand out and visibly demonstrate exceptional care and service. We view obtaining CHAP accreditation as another step toward maintaining excellence.”
